"The Hump's Worst Night"  depicts US Army ATC "Hump Pilot" 1st  Lt J. Vinyard's terrifying January 6, 1945 night-time flight over the "Hump" air route, and his tremendous struggle to keep his C-46 Commando transport plane in the air during the worst storm ever reported.
